You can easily pay with PayPal either with a PayPal account or as a guest using your payment/credit card. All transactions are sent encrypted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and are completely safe through PayPal payment service. Paying with Stripe With Stripe, you pay directly to our website, easily and quickly without anything stored on our site. SSL (encryption) is enabled during the payment.
PAY WITH STRIPE
Stripe offers safe payments using most credit/bank cards. No transactions are conducted/stored at our website, and all data are registered by Stripe as per their Terms & Conditions.
PAY WITH SWISH
You can pay directly to our bank via Swish in Swedish krones. We have Swish made for companies that credit our bank account directly through the Swedish Swish system. The update is manual, so it may take a while before we see the payment and send your order confirmation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – OPEN PURCHASE
We offer 14 days of open purchase on all our sunglasses with or without bifocal reading. You as a customer stand for the return shipping at an open purchase (except when we have the campaign to try at no charge). If you want to take advantage of an open purchase, please return the item including the bag well packed together with your order and note that you want to make use of open purchase. We will refund the money to you within three days of receipt of a refund in case of any complaint or open purchase. Your refund will be made through PayPal / Stripe to the same card that you used for your purchase or, optionally, direct to your bank account when paying with Swish.
Pilot Optics (Prescription sunglasses)
Sunread Optics is a pair of Pilot Sunglasses with insertion optics. The insertion optics are two optical lenses attached to a bridge on the inside of the sunglasses. We modify the nose pads and insert adjustable nose protectors that make the height adjustable. We also offer open purchases even on optical lenses according to personal eye prescription. 14 days of open purchase on Pilot Optics, we will refund the full cost of the sunglasses including optical lenses according to the prices on the website. Your refund will be made upon receipt of your return by PayPal / Stripe to the same credit/bank card that you used for your purchase or, optionally, to your ”bankgiro” / bank account when shipped by postage or payment with Swish.
We have free returns on all Pilot Optics orders (return shipping slip will be sent by email if necessary)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery takes place with Postnord postal service. Free shipping (within Europe) no matter how much you order. Orders that arrive before 16:00 on working days are sent on the same day (some exceptions apply when we attend trade fairs but as soon as possible). ”Postnord’s” delivery time is usually one day in Sweden, 4-6 days within Europe, but it may take additional days depending on local postal delivery in your area. You are entitled to cancel the purchase at any delivery delay.
We ship to countries in Europe with UPS at an additional fee.
SALES TO MINORS
If you are under 18, you must have your guardians permission to order from us.
WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
We offer lifetime warranty on our frames and two years warranty on lenses (not against scratches you may encounter yourself)
We ensure that our sunglasses are in good condition on delivery. Should you get a damaged product, please contact us and describe in detail what the error/damage is. We pay the return freight for a possible return of goods due to a complaint (or send shipping slip by email). In the case of a dispute, we have the policy to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.
If you have a complaint, please contact us directly and tell us what the error is. We will send new glasses immediately if we agree that there is a complaint arising from an error on the sunglasses or for any other reason without your impact. We want you to be satisfied with your product, so we have tested our sunglasses with extreme external impact and also tested our Sports Models according to both US (ANSI Z87.1 +) and European (EN 166 F) Safety Goggles Standards with our Certificate in our name.
Returns can be sent to us with the Post or any other shipping service provider you deem most appropriate, and we will be pleased to contact your shipping operator to collect the returned package.
